The Vienna Manifesto on Digital Humanism, which was edited last year, is a call to deliberate and to act on current and future technological development. It encourages academic communities, as well as industrial leaders, politicians, policy makers, and professional societies all around the globe, to actively participate in policy formation, with the aim to shape technologies in accordance with human values and needs. This event brings together various scientists, politicians and practitioners from different fields to discuss the scope and objectives of the Manifesto within the Italian context.
