This workshop, which is organized in connection with the ILMPS2019 conference, aims at exploring philosophical issues concerning the concepts of symmetry and equivalence that arise in our fundamental physical theories. The keynote speakers are Adam Caulton (Oxford), Ben Feintzeig (Washington), Doreen Fraser (Waterloo), Karen Crowther (Geneve), Giovanni Valente (Milan), and David Wallace (Pittsburgh).
